Windows Snipping Tool not opening or not capturing
The Snipping Tool app is either broken or disabled. Restarting it from Task Manager fixes most cases. If that doesn't work, resetting the app clears all corrupted settings.
The Snipping Tool is a background Windows app that sometimes crashes or gets stuck. Restarting it wakes it back up. If it's stuck in a loop, resetting the app from Settings gives it a fresh start without losing anything else.
