Windows screenshot not working with Print Screen or Snipping Tool
Either the keyboard shortcut got disabled in your settings, or the Snipping Tool app has a glitch. We'll re-enable the screenshot shortcut and restart the app. This fixes it for most people in a few minutes.
When screenshot tools stop working on Windows, it's almost always because a setting got turned off or the app needs a restart. Windows stores screenshots in specific places and uses keyboard shortcuts that can get disabled. We'll check your accessibility settings, restart the Snipping Tool, and make sure your screenshots are being saved to the right spot.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.

- Trying to paste a screenshot without saving it first. Print Screen just copies it to your clipboard. Use Win+Shift+S or Snipping Tool to save it automatically.
