Smartwatch not syncing health data to your phone

Your smartwatch and phone aren't talking to each other properly even though they're connected. Force close the health app on your phone and restart both devices. This almost always fixes stuck sync. If it's still stuck after that, turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on.

Your smartwatch collects health data all day but has to send it to your phone to show up in your health app. If the connection between them gets stuck or confused, the data just stays on the watch. Restarting both devices and the health app clears out whatever is blocking the sync and lets them talk again.
