Your smartwatch health data isn't syncing to the app

Restart the companion app, close it completely, and reopen it. Then make sure Bluetooth is connected and try syncing manually. If it still won't sync, restart your phone.

Your watch and phone just need to refresh their connection. We'll close the app, restart Bluetooth, and sync again. Most of the time that's all you need.
