Fitness data from your smartwatch isn't syncing to the app

Your watch just needs to reconnect to the app. Check that Bluetooth is on and the watch is near your phone, then force close the app and restart it. If that doesn't work, restart both devices and try again.

Your smartwatch is tracking data fine but the app on your phone can't pull it over Bluetooth. This happens when the connection gets confused or the app needs to refresh. Restarting the app and your phone fixes it most of the time.

  • Make sure your smartwatch is fully charged or near a charger
