Fitness data from your smartwatch isn't syncing to the app
Your watch just needs to reconnect to the app. Check that Bluetooth is on and the watch is near your phone, then force close the app and restart it. If that doesn't work, restart both devices and try again.
Your smartwatch is tracking data fine but the app on your phone can't pull it over Bluetooth. This happens when the connection gets confused or the app needs to refresh. Restarting the app and your phone fixes it most of the time.

Skip, I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Just closing the app without force closing it — you have to fully stop it
- Not keeping Bluetooth on. The watch needs it to stay on to sync
- Not restarting the phone, just restarting the app
- Thinking the watch is broken when it's syncing fine but the app won't show the data
Signs you need professional help
- If the data still won't sync after restarting both devices and signing back in. If you keep getting specific error codes. If your watch is brand new and never synced.
