Apps won't install on your smartwatch

App installation needs Bluetooth to be working and the watch to have enough free storage. Check if Bluetooth is on and your watch is connected to your phone. If it is, delete some apps you don't use on the watch to free up space — this fixes most installation problems.

Apps on your smartwatch are installed through your phone via Bluetooth. If Bluetooth drops, the watch storage is full, or the watch is sleeping, the installation will fail or get stuck. The fix is checking the Bluetooth connection, deleting unused apps to make space, and making sure the watch stays awake and nearby while installing.
