Smartwatch not receiving text message notifications
Text message notifications have been disabled in your phone settings or in the watch app. They are easy to turn back on. We will check your phone notification settings and the watch app to re-enable SMS notifications.
Smartwatches rely on your phone to forward notifications to the watch. If your watch is not getting texts, the notification has been blocked or disabled on the phone side, or the watch app is not set up to send them. This is different from the watch losing connection. your watch and phone can still be paired while text notifications are simply turned off.
