Phone calls not showing on smartwatch
Incoming calls are turned off in your watch's notification settings. Go to your watch's settings, find Notifications or Apps, and make sure incoming calls are turned on. You will also need to check that your phone and watch are still paired and the Bluetooth connection is active.
Your phone and watch need to be paired and talking to each other for call notifications to work. The calls are also a specific type of notification that can be enabled or disabled separately from texts and other alerts. We'll check that the pairing is still active, enable call notifications, and make sure your watch settings allow the alerts through.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
