Smartwatch workout not saving or syncing to fitness app
Your smartwatch is not syncing with your fitness app because Bluetooth is disconnected or the app does not have permission to access watch data. Check that your phone and watch are paired and talking to each other, then open the fitness app to force a sync. This works for almost everyone.
Workouts sync between your watch and your phone through Bluetooth. When the sync is broken, the watch saves the data locally but the app never receives it. This happens when Bluetooth is not connected, the fitness app does not have permission to access your data, or the app is outdated. We will reconnect them and force a manual sync.

- Assuming the watch is broken when the issue is just a missing Bluetooth connection. Always check Bluetooth first
