Smartwatch sleep tracking not recording or showing wrong data
Smartwatches have sleep tracking turned on and off in a few places. Most likely, sleep tracking is disabled in the app, or the watch was not wearing contact with your skin all night. Check that you did not manually disable it and that the watch is on snugly. This fixes it for most people.
Sleep tracking needs the watch to stay on your wrist all night and requires the feature to be turned on in the app. If it is off, the watch will not record any sleep. Even if it is on, a loose watch or a gap between the watch and your skin will cause the sensor to miss data. We will check that sleep tracking is enabled and that the watch fit is right.
