Always-on display not working on your smartwatch
Always-on display needs to be turned on in your watch settings. Go to Settings and look for Always-On Display or Ambient Display — make sure it's enabled. If it's already on, restart your watch to reset the feature.
Always-on display keeps the watch face visible at all times, even when you're not looking at it. This uses a bit more battery but saves you from raising your wrist all day. The feature has to be turned on in settings, and sometimes a restart fixes it if it's on but not working.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
