Smartwatch always-on display not working
Your always-on display is turned off. Turn it back on in your watch settings or the companion app on your phone. It is in most cases in Display or Screen settings. If battery is very low, the watch turns off always-on to save power. charge the watch to full.
Always-on display shows the time dimly on your screen at all times. If it is off, the screen goes black when you are not looking at the watch. This is almost always a setting that got turned off or a low battery situation. We will turn it back on.
