Smartwatch not receiving phone calls from your phone
Call notifications are turned off on the watch or the phone isn't passing them through properly. Go to Notifications settings on your watch and turn on alerts for Phone calls. This fixes it for most people right away.
When your phone gets a call, it's supposed to send a notification to your watch so you know someone is calling without having to pull your phone out. If the watch isn't getting these alerts, it's because call notifications are turned off, the phone and watch aren't connected properly, or the phone isn't set to pass calls through to the watch. We'll check all three.

- Forgetting to check if Do Not Disturb is on. It silently blocks all notifications without warning
