Smartwatch not charging when placed on charging dock
The dock contacts are probably dirty or the watch isn't positioned correctly on the charger. Clean both the dock contacts and the watch's charging port with a dry cloth, make sure the watch is centered on the dock, and try again. If it still doesn't work, restart the watch by forcing it to power off and on.
Smartwatch charging docks use small metal contacts to transfer power. These contacts get dusty or corroded, blocking the connection. The watch also needs to be positioned exactly right on the dock. We'll clean the contacts, reposition the watch, and restart it if needed.
