One wireless earbud not charging in the case
The charging contacts are either dirty or slightly misaligned, or the earbud battery has failed. We will clean the contacts and adjust the earbud position first, which fixes this for most people. If that does not work, the battery inside the earbud may need replacing.
Wireless earbuds charge through tiny metal contacts that touch the charging pins inside the case. If one earbud is not charging, those contacts have either gotten dirty, disconnected slightly from being dropped, or the battery inside the earbud has failed. We will clean and reseat the earbud first. If it still does not charge, the internal battery may be dead.
