Spatial audio / head tracking not working on earbuds
Spatial audio only works with certain content and on compatible devices. Check that you're watching content that supports spatial audio, that both your device and earbuds are updated, and that spatial audio is turned on in the app and device settings. If everything is correct and it's still not working, the earbuds probably don't support spatial audio.
Spatial audio creates a 3D sound effect by using head tracking to move sounds around you as you move your head. It only works with certain apps and content, and both your device and earbuds must support it. We'll check compatibility and settings.

Skip — I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Turning on spatial audio in device settings but forgetting to enable head tracking in the earbud app. Both have to be on.
- Expecting spatial audio to work with all content. Most music and videos do not support it.
- Assuming the earbuds support spatial audio when they don't. Check the specs first.
