One earbud isn't connecting to the other. Put both earbuds back in their case, leave them there for 15 seconds, then take them out and wait for them to connect again. This resets the connection between them and fixes it about 80% of the time.
True wireless earbuds use Bluetooth to connect to your phone and also to connect to each other. When one earbud loses its connection to the other, you get sound in only one ear.
