Smart TV turning on by itself in the middle of the night
One of your TV's features is set to turn it on automatically. This is almost always a wake timer, a scheduled input, or a voice assistant waking up the TV. Go to your TV settings and look for Wake Timer, Scheduled Power, or similar features, and turn them off.
