How to factory reset your Smart TV

A factory reset erases everything on your TV and puts it back to like-new condition. This includes all apps, passwords, logins, and personal data. Use this only when you're selling the TV, giving it away, or if a technician tells you to. It takes 20-30 minutes and you'll need to set everything up again after.

Factory reset means wiping all data from your TV and returning it to the original state from the factory. All apps, logins, passwords, pictures, and settings disappear. Your TV becomes like it just came out of the box. After a reset, you'll go through the setup process again, choose WiFi, sign into accounts, and reinstall apps.
