TV game mode not reducing input lag
Game mode is probably turned on, but another setting is fighting it. Check that motion smoothing, blur reduction, and a few other picture settings are turned off. these add lag even when game mode is active. Once those are off, you'll feel the difference right away.
Game mode is designed to lower input lag by turning off video processing features that make pictures look smoother but add delay. However, other settings can override game mode and add lag back in. We'll check the picture settings menu and turn off the settings that interfere with game mode.
