TV subtitles/closed captions not showing on streaming apps
Subtitles need to be turned on in two places: inside the streaming app and on your TV itself. Check both. If they're on in the app but not showing, your TV display settings might be blocking them, which we can fix in a minute.
Subtitles on Smart TV come from two sources: the streaming app and your TV. The app needs to have subtitles turned on, and your TV needs to allow them to display. If one is off, you won't see anything. We'll check both settings and get your subtitles working.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
