Smart TV picture looks washed out, too dark, or colors are off
Your TV picture settings are probably not optimized for your content or your room. The brightness, contrast, and color settings are likely too high or too low. We'll adjust these settings to make the picture look natural and vibrant. This in most cases fixes it in 5-10 minutes.
Smart TVs have many picture settings that change how the image looks. Brightness controls how light or dark the picture is. Contrast controls how different light and dark areas are. Color controls how vibrant colors appear. When one of these is off, the whole picture looks wrong. We'll adjust them to match what you're watching and get the picture back to normal.

- Setting brightness too high thinking it makes the picture better. High brightness actually washes out colors.
- Putting color saturation all the way up thinking colors should look as bright as possible. Natural colors need moderate saturation.
