Streaming picture quality is blurry or pixelated

Poor streaming quality means either your subscription doesn't include HD or 4K, your settings have quality turned down on purpose, or your internet connection is too slow. Check what plan you're paying for and check the quality settings in the app.

Streaming services automatically lower picture quality if your internet is slow to stop buffering. But quality is also limited by which plan you pay for — a basic plan won't let you watch 4K even if you have fast internet. Some apps also let you manually cap the quality to save data.
