TV surround sound not working, only getting stereo
The content you're watching doesn't have surround sound, or the TV isn't set to send surround sound to your speaker system. Check that the content you're playing actually has surround sound, and make sure the TV audio output is set to pass surround sound through.
Surround sound only works when three things are true: the content has surround sound, the TV is set to output it, and your speaker system is connected correctly. We'll check each of these to find where the problem is.
