Soundbar connected but audio is delayed or missing
Soundbar problems are caused by the TV still outputting to its built-in speakers instead of the soundbar, a bad HDMI handshake, or wireless connection delay. Select the soundbar as your audio output in TV settings, or switch from Bluetooth to HDMI for better sync.
Connecting a soundbar requires two things: the physical connection (Bluetooth, optical, or HDMI cable) and telling your TV to route audio to the soundbar instead of its built-in speakers. When audio is missing, the TV is probably still using internal speakers. When audio lags, wireless Bluetooth connection causes 1 to 2 second delays. Wired connections (HDMI or optical) have no lag.
