TV sound out of sync with the picture (audio delay)
Your TV has audio sync turned on with too much delay, or your soundbar is set to a different audio standard than your TV. Check your TV's audio settings for a delay slider and turn it back to zero, or switch your soundbar to Dolby mode. This fixes it for most people in under a minute.
When sound is out of sync with the picture, your TV's audio is delayed on purpose. This happens when audio sync is enabled with the wrong delay value, when your soundbar is set to a different format, or when you are using older cables that do not carry audio fast enough. We will adjust your settings and sync the audio back up.

- Thinking the issue is the cable when it is actually a setting. swap cables after checking settings first
- Not realising the soundbar has its own delay setting. you need to adjust both the TV and soundbar
