Your Bluetooth headphones are connected to the TV but there's no audio
Connected headphones with no audio means the TV's volume is muted or set to zero, or the audio output is switched back to the speakers. Go to your TV's Sound settings and check that the Bluetooth headphone volume is turned up and that the output is set to Headphones or Bluetooth, not Speakers. If the volume is at zero, turn it up and you'll hear audio immediately.
Bluetooth headphones are just a wireless audio output — they only work if the TV is actually sending audio to them. The most common reason for silence is that the TV's volume is turned all the way down, or the audio output is switched back to the TV speakers. We'll check the volume and audio output settings to make sure they're set to Headphones. If they are and you still hear nothing, there can be a connection or pairing problem that we'll fix by unplugging and reconnecting.

Skip — I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Turning down the volume instead of up — look for the volume bar on the screen to see which direction is louder
- Checking the headphones volume instead of the TV volume — the TV volume is what matters, not the headphones dial
- Assuming the headphones are broken when really the audio output is still set to Speakers — change the setting in the Sound menu first
