App store on your smart TV won't load

The app store won't load because your TV has lost its internet connection or the connection is very slow. Go to your TV settings and check the WiFi connection — if the signal is weak, move closer to the router or restart both your router and TV. If that doesn't work, a quick restart of the TV itself fixes it.
