Computer fans are loud constantly even when doing nothing heavy

Something is using all your CPU power. Open Task Manager or Activity Monitor and see what program is using the most. Close or disable it. Most of the time it's an update, virus scan, or malware.

When fans run at full speed, your computer is working hard. We'll use Task Manager or Activity Monitor to find what's using all the power and stop it. It's almost always a background process you didn't know was running.
