Browser not loading certain websites but others work fine
It's a cached page that's gone stale or your computer has old information about the website. First, empty your browser cache and try the site again. This fixes most cases. If that doesn't work, restart your computer and try once more.
Your browser stores a local copy of websites you visit so they load faster next time. When that cached copy gets outdated or when your computer holds onto old address information for a site, the browser can't connect. Clearing the cache and restarting will clear this out. If a few websites are affected but most work fine, the problem is on your end, not the internet.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.

- Clearing only browsing history instead of cache. These are different things and you need to clear the cache specifically
- Not trying a different browser first. This one check tells you whether it's a browser problem or an internet problem
- Trying too many sites to check. Pick one and test it properly instead
Signs you need professional help
- If you've cleared the cache, restarted, and tried a different browser and the site still won't load on this computer, or if the website works on your phone and other computers but not this one, get in touch and we'll check deeper.
