Wrong smart speaker or device responding to voice commands
Multiple smart speakers are close enough to hear the same voice command and both responding. Either move them farther apart, give them different room names in the app so you can address them by location, or turn off voice activation on the speakers you don't want responding.
When multiple smart speakers are near each other and hear the same voice command, they all try to respond at the same time or the closest one responds first. The app has settings to control this. you can assign speakers to specific rooms, use full wake words with room names, or disable voice activation on speakers you don't want responding to nearby commands.

- Not realizing the speakers are both in the same room in the app even though one is in a different physical room
- Using the wake word alone instead of adding the room name to specify which speaker to use
