Video doorbell motion detection not sending alerts
Motion alerts are disabled in one of three places: your doorbell app settings, your phone's notification settings, or your doorbell's activity zones. Check all three. If motion detection is set to record only, turn on alerts. If alerts are off, you will not get notified.
Video doorbells have motion alerts turned on and off in multiple places. Even if motion detection is working and the doorbell is recording, alerts might be silenced in your app, blocked on your phone, or disabled in the doorbell's detection zones. We will check all three and turn alerts back on.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
