Your security camera isn't saving recordings

Check whether your camera uses cloud storage or local storage (SD card), then make sure storage isn't full. Delete old recordings to make space, or upgrade your storage plan. If the camera has an SD card, check it's inserted properly and formatted.

Recordings don't save because storage is full, the camera lost connection before uploading to cloud, or the SD card is loose or corrupted. Check what's using storage, make space, restart the camera, and check your storage settings.

  • Try to view a recent recording. If playback works, recordings are saving
