Security camera not connecting to phone app

Your camera lost its WiFi connection. Restarting both the camera and your router brings it back online in a minute. If the camera still won't connect, we'll re-add it to the app from scratch.

Security cameras go offline when the WiFi connection drops, which happens after power outages, router resets, or sometimes just from a weak signal. The fix is simple - restart the camera and router, then check if it reconnects. If not, you'll need to remove it from the app and set it up again.
