Cloud recordings aren't saving to your camera
Check that cloud storage subscription is active and not expired, check cloud recording is enabled in camera settings, and make sure the camera has internet connection. Trigger a test motion event and check cloud history in 5-10 minutes.
Cloud recordings fail when: subscription expired, cloud recording toggle is OFF, camera has no internet, or storage quota is full. Check subscription status first, then check the recording setting is enabled, then check connectivity.
