Your smart lock keypad isn't responding when you press the numbers

The keypad batteries are almost certainly dead. Your lock still works via the app but the keypad is powered separately. Replace the keypad batteries first -- if that doesn't fix it, there's a reset button on the lock itself.

Your smart lock has two sets of batteries: main ones for the lock body and separate ones for the keypad. When the keypad goes silent, its batteries are dead. You can still unlock via the app, so there's no emergency, but replacing the keypad batteries is quick and fixes it straight away. If new batteries don't work, a simple reset will restart the connection.
