Smart lock auto-lock feature not working

Your lock isn't connecting to the app properly or the auto-lock setting got turned off. Open your lock's app and turn auto-lock back on if it's off. If it's already on, restart the lock and your phone's app — this fixes most problems.

Auto-lock is a feature that locks your door after a certain amount of time passes. If it's not working, the lock either lost its connection to your phone or the setting got disabled.
