Smart bulb offline or unreachable in app
Smart bulbs go offline due to weak WiFi signal, distance from router, or the bulb losing connection. Move the bulb closer to your WiFi router or turn the light switch off for 5 seconds then back on to restart it.
Smart bulbs need constant connection to your WiFi network to respond to commands. When the signal is weak or the bulb is too far from the router, it goes offline. Restarting the bulb by toggling the light switch fixes temporary disconnects.
