Smart bulb flickering or flashing randomly

Your smart bulb is losing connection or having trouble talking to your hub or router. This is almost always a power issue or WiFi interference. Restart the bulb by turning off the wall switch for 10 seconds. this fixes it for most people. If it keeps happening, the bulb may be too far from your hub.

When a smart bulb keeps flickering, it's losing power or connection constantly. This happens when the bulb is on the edge of your WiFi range, something is interfering with the signal, the wall dimmer switch is incompatible, or the bulb firmware needs an update. We'll restart it, check the connection, and move it closer to your hub or router if needed.
