Smart lights not following their schedule
Smart light schedules need three things to work: the lights must be connected, the app must have permission to run schedules, and your phone's time and internet must be correct. Check if the lights are connected in the app first. If they are, restart both the lights and the app.
Your phone's app sends schedule commands to your lights automatically. If that connection breaks, or if your phone's settings are wrong, the lights won't know when to turn on or off. The most common fixes are checking the connection, restarting the lights and app, and making sure your phone's clock is set to the right time.

Skip — I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Creating a schedule but forgetting to turn it on — the schedule has to be enabled or it won't run
- Setting a schedule for 3pm but leaving the phone off at that time — the app can't send commands if it's not running
- Not saving the schedule before exiting the app — changes won't take effect if you don't hit Save
Signs you need professional help
- Lights are connected, the schedule is on, phone time is correct, and schedules still don't work
- The lights won't reconnect to WiFi even after trying multiple times
- The app keeps crashing when you try to create or edit a schedule
