Water leak sensor not sending alerts
Your leak sensor has either lost WiFi connection or notifications are turned off in your phone settings. Check that the sensor shows as connected in the app, then check your phone notification settings. If notifications are on, restart the sensor and reconnect it.
Water leak sensors detect moisture and send you an alert right away. If alerts are not coming through, the sensor is offline, your WiFi is down, notifications are disabled, or the app and sensor need to reconnect. We will check the connection and notification settings.
