Smart lock not responding to the app
The lock has lost its WiFi connection or battery is too low. First, check if the physical lock button works. If it does, the lock is fine but the WiFi connection is bad. Go home and restart the lock by removing the batteries for 30 seconds and putting them back in.
Smart locks need a WiFi connection to respond to your app. When the connection drops, the lock stays locked but the app can't control it. If the physical lock button works but the app doesn't, it's a connection problem. If neither works, the battery is probably dead.
