Smart home motion sensor not detecting movement
Your motion sensor has lost WiFi connection or the lens is blocked by dust. Check that it is connected to WiFi, clean the sensor lens, and move anything blocking its view. If it still does not work, restart the sensor and reconnect it to your app.
Motion sensors use infrared to detect heat from movement. If the sensor is offline, the lens is dirty, or something is blocking its view, it cannot detect movement. We will reconnect it to WiFi, clean the lens, and check for obstructions.
