Smart light not responding to the app, shows as unreachable
The light lost its WiFi connection. Turn the light off at the wall switch for 10 seconds and turn it back on. This forces it to reconnect. If that doesn't work, you'll need to forget it in the app and add it back.
A smart light showing unreachable means it has lost connection to your WiFi. The bulb or light fixture either lost power, moved out of range, or the WiFi signal is too weak. A quick power cycle reconnects it to the network. If that doesn't work, the light needs to be re-added to the app from scratch.
