Router lights are on but there's no internet

The router has power but can't reach the internet. This means the ethernet cable connecting the modem to the router is loose, or the modem itself has lost its connection. Start by checking the cable is plugged in firmly on both ends.

Your router can broadcast WiFi just fine, but it's not getting the actual internet signal from your modem. This means the physical connection between them is broken, or your modem has lost its connection to your ISP. The lights will tell you what's wrong.
