Router MAC address filtering not blocking devices
MAC filtering doesn't work because you have the wrong mode set (it's set to allow instead of block), or you have the wrong MAC address listed. Check your filter mode first. it should be set to Block or Deny, not Allow or Whitelist. If the mode is correct, delete it's entry and add it again with the exact MAC address.
MAC filtering is a router feature that blocks devices from connecting based on their MAC address (a unique ID all devices have). The problem is in how you've configured it. the mode will be backwards, or you will have the wrong MAC address. We'll check your settings and make sure it's set up correctly.
