Internet works on WiFi but not through a network cable

One port on your router is almost certainly broken. Try plugging the cable into a different port on the back of the router. If that works, the first port failed. If no ports work, the cable itself is faulty, so try a different cable.

Your WiFi works because it uses a different part of the router than the network ports, so a broken port won't affect WiFi. If one or all of the wired ports stop working, it's either a failed port, a faulty cable, or the router needs restarting. You'll fix this in minutes by trying different ports and cables.
