Internet drops every time you run the microwave

Your microwave is interfering with your WiFi signal because both use the same 2.4GHz radio frequency. The same channel as many routers. This is a common problem and has a simple fix: move your router away from the microwave, or switch your WiFi to the 5GHz channel where the microwave can't reach it.

Your microwave and WiFi router both use the same 2 point 4GHz frequency. When the microwave heats food, it broadcasts interference that drowns out your WiFi. The quickest fix is switching your router to 5GHz, or moving it away or to a quieter channel if 5GHz isn't an option.
