Number pad on your keyboard stopped working
Your Num Lock is almost certainly off. Press the Num Lock key on your number pad — it's in the top left corner. Once the light comes on, the numbers will start working again.
The number pad has its own on and off switch — Num Lock. When Num Lock is off, those keys don't work and nothing else is wrong with the keyboard. Pressing Num Lock once turns them back on and the light tells you the status. If Num Lock won't stay on, there can be a loose cable inside.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.

Signs you need professional help
- The Num Lock light won't turn on no matter how many times you press the key
- Num Lock turns on but immediately turns back off by itself
