Mac can't find your printer when you try to add it
Your Mac and printer aren't talking to each other because they're either not on the same WiFi network or they're too far apart. Bring your Mac and printer closer together first, make sure they're both on the same WiFi, then try adding it again. This fixes it most of the time.
For your Mac to see your printer, they need to be on the same WiFi network and able to reach each other. If they're on different networks or too far from the router, your Mac simply can't find the printer. We'll get them talking to each other again, then add the printer properly to your Mac.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
